When I feel sad I have found something that cheers me up a lot. I just go to the bottom of this Blog and click on the video about "Limits" and watch it. I say to myself, "Who ever thought this up was damn funny and is divorced." I feel a lot better after I watch it. I then look at a picture of Spagetti Cat, then I'm good.

Whenever I am feeling sad...........I just think about the time you had to sit through a timeshare presentation in Florida, when you finally got so upset because they wouldn't let you go, that you decided to take a stand and get your glasses tangled up in your shirt. Or I just think about the time you dialed the wrong number and told a sweet little innocent grandma where to go if she ever dialed grandpa Bob's number again!!! You sure do know how to get your point across!!!
Isn't there a song about this?
I just usually cry, then I remember what Richard always tells me I ought to do. "go for a walk" So I try that. It usually works up here in the brisk mountain air. You should try that sometime. Put on some snowshoes (mine are pink but you could borrow them if you need to, no one will know the difference, they'll just think as they drive by what a weirdo! And you won't hear them...) oh yah, put on the snowshoes and stroll across the back field to the west and watch the snowflakes glitter at ya.
How is to possible to be sad if you are alkaline? Is there something you aren't telling me?
One can be Alkaline and sad if the one that is sad is not the same one that is alkaline. Does that make sense?
If that last post makes sense to you then you need a shrink and not another explanation.
